Privacy and Data Protection Policy

SOLPREMIUM is a registered trademark and trade name of the company SOLPREMIUM B04294559 (Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Almería, Volume 413, Book 0, Page 39, Section 8, Sheet 11.107, Entry 1). Through this document, we would like to inform users of the criteria and rules followed regarding the use of personal data voluntarily and freely provided via our corporate website, http://www.solpremium.es. We also aim to inform users of our compliance with the Intellectual Property Law (LPI) as well as the Law on Information Society Services (LSSI).

  1. SOLPREMIUM (hereinafter SOLPREMIUM) has adopted the security measures and levels required by Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and its implementing regulations. The criteria and rules, i.e., the Data Protection Policy adopted by SOLPREMIUM, may change over time due to legislative updates or changes in the criteria established by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Any modifications will be announced through this website.

  2. The data collected by SOLPREMIUM through the forms available on its website http://www.solpremium.es will be included in an automated data file and processed accordingly. This automated file is owned by SOLPREMIUM.

  3. The purpose of collecting and processing data is to ensure proper management and delivery of the services offered by SOLPREMIUM to its clients and suppliers.

  4. Completing forms or sending emails or other communications to http://www.solpremium.es implies the user’s express consent to the processing of their personal data by SOLPREMIUM.

  5. The personal data provided to SOLPREMIUM through its website will not be disclosed to any third party and will only be used to fulfill contractual obligations with clients and suppliers.

  6. SOLPREMIUM has adopted the necessary security levels for the stored and processed data. Moreover, all available technical measures have been implemented to ensure data confidentiality and to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or theft.

Any user wishing to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, and other applicable regulations, may do so by sending a signed written request including their name, surname(s), and a photocopy of their ID card or another valid identification document, specifying the right they wish to exercise.   8. All information and programs presented here are intended to ensure compliance with the rights outlined in Article 31 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 approving the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law (LPI), with special reference to Article 31.2 LPI, and in accordance with Article 100.2 of the same law.

  9. All images, trademarks, abbreviations, etc., belong to their respective owners. We use them only for citation and/or news commentary purposes as authorized by Articles 32 and 33 LPI.

  10. SOLPREMIUM’s website design, fonts, and displayed windows are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved, and any full or partial reproduction is prohibited.

  11. The main objective of the LSSI suggests the creation of a computerized file for processing personal data on a network level in Spain. According to Title IV, Chapter I of the LOPD, such files are considered Public Ownership Files and should be supervised by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which operates independently from the Administration.

  12. To comply with the requirements of the LSSI and without obstructing its implementation, the webmasters of this page will provide personal data to any individual or entity with a legitimate and direct interest, in accordance with Article 4.1 of the LOPD. Personal data may only be collected and processed when they are adequate, relevant, and not excessive concerning the specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes for which they were obtained. Requests should be sent to protecciondatos@solpremium.es with an explanation of the reasons.

  13. The webmasters of this website aim to prevent the unauthorized use of users’ personal data by third parties, relying on the LOPD, and to comply with the obligations set forth in the LSSI.

  14. When a user accesses SOLPREMIUM’s website, the server hosting the page automatically recognizes the IP address assigned to the user’s computer, the date and time of access, the time of disconnection, and the content viewed. This is necessary so the server can communicate with the user’s computer and deliver the requested data via the browser. This process does not allow SOLPREMIUM to know the user’s personal information (e.g., name, address, phone number) unless the user voluntarily provides it.

  15. The server hosting SOLPREMIUM’s website uses cookies. Cookies are small files sent from the web server to the user’s computer but do not provide any personal information, such as name or other identifying data. Users can configure their browsers to be notified when a cookie is received. For more information, consult your browser’s help menu. If a user chooses not to receive cookies, it will not prevent them from accessing the information on SOLPREMIUM’s website.
